Pricing & plans
OrgMCP bills monthly per seat (Team / Business) or via custom contract (Enterprise). Switch up or down at any time — pro-ration is handled by Stripe automatically.
All list prices are net of VAT. Applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your billing country (see Tax & invoicing).

Annual prepay
Save ~17% vs monthly when billed annually:
- Team Annual — $300 / €250 per seat / year (effective $25 / €20.83 per month)
- Business Annual — $720 / €600 per seat / year (effective $60 / €50 per month)
Metered usage
On top of the seat fee, MCP tool invocations are metered against your plan ceiling. Once the pool is exhausted, overage is billed in 1 000-call buckets:
- Team: $1.00 / €0.83 per 1 000 calls
- Business: $0.80 / €0.67 per 1 000 calls (volume discount vs Team)
The current billing period's usage is visible on the Billing page in the app.
Knowledge ingest
Document ingest is included up to your plan's monthly cap (1 GB Free, 20 GB Team, 100 GB Business, custom Enterprise). Beyond that we bill $0.05 / €0.042 per GB ingested (raw size before embedding).

Free trial
The Business tier ships with a 14-day trial that does not require a credit card. The trial ends with an automatic downgrade to Free unless a card is added. Team plans bill from day one (no trial) because the value-prop is volume rather than the enterprise-governance features Business offers.
Tax & invoicing
All list prices are net of VAT. Stripe Tax computes the applicable rate at checkout based on your billing country and (for B2B) tax-ID. The most common cases:

VIES validation of EU VAT-IDs runs automatically on every checkout. If validation fails, Stripe applies country-of-customer VAT until you correct the ID via Billing → Open Stripe portal → Tax info.
Cancellation
Cancel from Billing → Manage subscription. Your workspace stays on the current plan until the end of the billing period, then downgrades to Free. To purge data, use the Delete workspace flow (30-day soft-delete window).
Closed-beta graduates
Tenants graduating from the closed-beta cohort receive the BETA50 coupon — 50% off the first 12 months of any paid plan, applied automatically at the first checkout. The discount is computed before VAT (Stripe standard).
